Vintage handmade high waist maxi skirt prairie folk hippie XS brown cream lace

Vintage handmade maxi skirt. Waist comes up higher in front, zip back with long tie. Cream lace trim detail. Feels like a cotton with possible wool blend. It is very small and the fabric has no stretch- please see waist measurements to ensure fit, the rest of skirt is very slowly and loose but the waist is unforgiving :( Smoke free. Gently used.
