Vintage handmade embroidered teal sweater

Gorgeous embroidery on this one of a kind vintage sweater. Appears to be handmade. Burnt orange and white ties around edges of sleeves and bottom of sweater. No tags but I’m guessing it’s around a medium, but would probably work as a small or large too. Has a few small spots, see pics. Really cute details and in great condition. 60’s 70’s retro
