Bust 19” Waist 15” Hips 18.5” The material on this dress is reminiscent of baseball jerseys. Really cute dress with zipper closure on back with snap and a hook but no eye There are no tags at all so please see above measurements. I would say this would fit a small well. The material is not stretchy Originally purchased from Etsy but did not fit Loose hem as seen in last pic L11
