Vintage handmade Poodle Skirt with tulle lining

elastic waist...can fit M through XL...Waist unstretched is 20", but stretches easily through 40". length is 23". tulle lining. one small stain on the back near the waist, as shown in pic 8. this one isn't from the 50's, but that's when these were popular. gdrr4809bvff0024 t26
