This is a handmade vintage item purchased by me in 2008 or 2009 at the St-Ouen flea market in Paris. It has no tags but fits a size XS/US 0-2 and hits around the knee. The fabric is thick and feels like a stiff cotton. Lots of cute details like front pockets, white eyelet trim, tie back, and pin tucks down the chest. Button back. No holes or stains but one strap has come unsewn (see photo) and needs repair. I am not the best seamstress so I have not attempted it and last wore it with the safety pin holding it in place as shown. I LOVE this dress for summer and am only selling it because it no longer fits me. Smoke free, pet friendly home.
