Vintage handmade 60s maxi green shimmer flutter sleeve dress

Wow wow wow! This handmade number is a show stopper. She is a green goddess! Bust is lined but the rest is semi sheer. Needs a slip underneath as the fabric has a shimmer weaved in it and is a touch scratchy. Measurements are as follows: Pit to pit 17 inches 16 inches under bust Hips 21 inches Length is 55 inches All vintage is inspected for quality and shipped in a compostable bag.
