Vintage hand painted porcelain necklace

A hand painted porcelain necklace in soft tones of blue and purple on an ivory background. The porcelain is signed but the necklace is not. The painting is set in a base metal gold-tone scalloped base and hangs from Ann adjustable 16-20" chain with a lobster claw clasp. I do not believe the chain is original to the piece.
