Vintage hand painted crepe shawl with seed beaded accented fringe

Vintage, rectangular style shawl /wrap. Hand painted on what feels like a crepe material ( no tags on garment) this can be worn as a wrap as well. Measurements are approximately across the back 19” width (rectangular shape). End to end is 64” and at the end, there is a curve detail so that it can be tied and the fringe is 4 inches long attached by seed beads
