Vintage hand painted Partisian figure decanter from Japan

This adorable French man has been serenading me in my kitchen for the past two years. One of my favorite pieces, it’s time to part ways as I’m updating my kitchen theme. Baguettes and wine stay behind. It was made in Japan and hand painted. I believe it’s from the 1960’s. Unfortunately he does not have the “Japan” sticker. Only a couple on google and the first one I ever seen which is why I snatched him up when I saw him. Please say “Oui” and give him a good home.
