Vintage hand crafted hair code brass silver, RARE!

Such an incredible piece of handcrafted folk art! Beautiful design made with 3 silver plated fork tines! Incredible! I picked this piece up almost 30 years ago, it was old when I bought it!  Slides effortlessly into the hair . Can be laid flat against the head or set up ornately next to a bun or updo. Functional handcrafted one-of-a-kind. Mixed metals, clearly brass and silver plate, ( all silver?) . I'm not sure what the stones are they are etched or have an inlaid pattern of some sort. RARE!!
