Vintage halter fringe top with velvet floral

Vintage black fringe halter top with velvet floral accents. Completely open back with tie closures around neck and back. Excellent vintage condition, so feminine and beautiful. I would keep this top but it is way too big on me. Marked size medium, would fit sizes medium to large best. This top is such a dream. 🦋
