Vintage hair on hide crossbody purse

I bought this purse vintage and added the decorative stitching along the perimeter of the bag with genuine leather lacing. I also added an interior panel to the front flap to repair the damaged silk (repair material embossed vegan leather). interior has three compartments. back compartment has zippered pocket. center compartment is one large space and zips closed. front compartment has pocket (no zipper). I extended the original strap to make it a crossbody. he has a cute cowlick. *front flap has small hair loss (see photo). . dimensions
