I'm only selling this because I need the money. This is my all time favorite dress. It's so romantic and beautiful. It's vintage so it's not in the best shape....but that only adds to the charm. I had it let out because it was too tight at first. It fits like a true 0 now.

The tag has a 7 on it. You describe as fits like a 0? What does it measure across the bust and waist, lying flat please?

@irisflowerpink I don't know why it says a 7 I am always a 0-2 in dresses and I had to get it altered so it would zip up. As soon as I'm home I'll measure for you!

Gunne Sax dresses were made smaller as over the years clothing sizes have changed. If you let it out then it should be a vintage 9, it you had it altered to make it smaller than it should be a 5? please measure it across the bust armpit to armpit and the waist where the belt part is attached. I am interested in it if the measurements works? thanks

@vintagetshirt I had it let out and had them add extra fabric on the sides. I am on the bustier side which is why it wouldn't zip up. I'll get the measurements to you ASAP.

@vintagetshirt hey! So right under the bust where the belt is in measuring 13 inches from seam to seam. From armpit seam to armpit seam I'm measuring about 15 inches. Let me know if this will work
