Vintage green leprechaun smiley face lapel pin

Vintage green resin leprechaun smiley face / happy emoji / emoticon lapel pin brooch from Hallmark. The pin measures 1.5 inches by 1.25 inches, and features a green smiley face with a black leprechaun top hat that has a green clover shamrock on it. Gold tone backing. The pin comes in a cardboard placard that has some creased & signs of wear over time, but the pin has never been used. In great vintage condition!
