Vintage green button down blouse - vintage size 14

Vintage green button down blouse with puff sleeves, square neck, and ruffles. Reminds me of something from Doen. Vintage size 14, probably a modern 10 or 12. Shiny buttons. It comes with an extra button inside, and I reattached one button with tan thread as pictured. Excellent vintage condition!
