Vintage gold tone filigree pen and pencil set

Vintage gold tone filigree pen and pencil set. Pen no longer works but pencil does. Very ornate and beautiful. Pen has some light scuffing on the top from use. I presume. Three inches long. Comes with small carrying pouch. My photos are part of my description. Questions Welcome.
