Vintage gold tone faux sapphire emerald cut ring

Super fun large vintage faux sapphire ring. This ring is in nice vintage pre-owned condition. There is some wear on the back of the band but not too noticeable. There are 5 faux sapphires in graduated sizes and there are 11 round faux diamonds on either side of the sapphires. The size is about 7.5 close to 8, please see the second photo.
