Vintage gold tone cluster stones ring, size 7.25-7.5

Vintage ring, from pre - 1960th. Rare and one of a kind design. Could be Art Deco, Art Nouveau, or Victorian. Yellow gold plated. Size 7.25-7.5. With prong set transparent stones and one red stone in the center. They could be natural stones, or crystals. Not sure how to figure it out. Please see magnified pictures for details. Some gentle wear of the gold plating, mostly on the edges of the band on the back. The front is all in excellent condition. Not stamped, but judging by the weight and sound, it could be gold plated sterling silver.
