Vintage - girls top

So I saw this top on Etsy and seeing it was a size 10 I bought it immediately - thinking it was women’s sizing. 😂 it’s a child’s. I was too embarrassed to even try and cancel the order. Anyways this is a super rad vintage 80s top. Measures 15 across and 19 down.
