Vintage girls dress 60's - 2 piece set velvet collared

* Add’l info: beautiful set -- blue dress (no tag, but believe it's cotton), zipper up the back. Overlayer of a pretty green velvet with a flower decoration on front, and buttons up the back. * Condition: really good vintage shape -- Structurally sound, light/normal wear, just a small amt of discoloration right at the bottom hem of the blue dress (photo) * Size: Estimate 3T but no tag (i think its handmade? hard to tell).
