Vintage girdle shaping under garment

Beautiful vintage condition. I had the original bag with this and it was lost, these are new but no tags or original bag it was in. I couldn’t find any flaws with this girdle. Marked “no 32” I am unsure if that is the size. They seem small. Waist measured 13” across and stretches.
