Vintage ghost charm sterling silver? Enamel trick or treat pumpkin

update : not james avery I'm not really sure about this cute little Halloween charm! It's enamel and when I do photo research it comes up James Avery but I don't see a signature marking anywhere. This could be unmarked? I don't know alot about James Avery. This does look and feel to be sterling silver. It's vintage from an estate find. It has enamel orange trick or treat bag with candy sticking out of it, black enamel costume, I think this is a ghost. Excellent condition!
