Can I get a shoulder to shoulder measurement, a base of collar to the bottom length, and a sleeve length measurement? Also, is this “gendered” like is it a unisex L/XL or women’s?

@lexithemermaid8 Hi, sorry, I was out of town for the weekend and couldn't get measurements. The jacket measures 20 in. across from one underarm seam to the other. Across the shoulders it measures 21 to 22 in. From collar base to hem measures 21 and a half inches. I personally think the sizing is on the smaller side, but I am unsure of the gender the jacket was intended for. It doesn't say anywhere on the tags.
