1940s-1950s Beautiful at one time but in rough used condition, handmade possibly home made. Reddish one looks similar to mink but not positive. It reminds me more of a belt than a collar but very small for belt. Black one has brown tones in places, & pilling on lining. Black is very soft but maybe faux. No clasp on black one but could use a broche or add a clasp.
