Vintage full frilly floral dress with prarie lace

This dress is a lolita treasure... pink floral print with a white eyelet cotton lace ruffled collar in a bib shape, and the same material peeking out of the full two tiered skirt.. Also note the precious bows on the thighs! In great vintage condition from the late 70s or early 80s, the tag says size 10 but it looks precious on all sizes! I like belting it with a scarf (not included) to suit myself as an XS, but its also cute unbelted (last pic). Unsure if its genuine size 10, ask for measurments
