When my father was stationed in the Philippines in the early 50's, he had this top made for my mom ( who never wore it). There are no labels in it but it fits me and I'm a size small. The lining is a midnight blue silk, I didn't know what the tunic is made of but it's black with cream colored flowers and gold thread throughout The button type closures are dark green satin and the piping is also dark green satin. The measurement from the shoulder to the bottom is 27".
