Vintage fringe sweater vest ivory with red, blue, and gold embroidery

Vintage fringe sweater vest with gold, blue, and red embroidery. Would guess this is from the late 70’s / early 80’s, in very good condition. Would put it at a women’s small as far as size goes. Long length, 28” from shoulder to bottom of fridge. Feels to be made of a wool yarn.
