Vintage floral vase unique

This is a beautiful porcelain vase. I believe it is transfer ware with some painted trim around the base and top. Please examine the photos closely as they are part of the description. It's a wide square at the top and has four feet on a smaller square base. See photos for measurements. It's hard to read the markings on the bottom but I can read USA. This piece is from a booth at an antique mall that was closing.
