This adorable dress is easy to wear and immediately lifts the mood. Stretchy poly blend top and side tie with a lighter floaty bottom that is a little sheer (not see-through), but with a modest black lining. The top is not lined. 3/4 length sleeves and a sweet side self tie. It's an unusual floral pattern, and the shape of the dress is very flattering.
