Vintage floral peony dress

Vintage peony dress. Material is sheer, will need something to be worn underneath. Pretty cut outs at shoulders. Stretchy waist with belt loops. Fully lined from waist up, bottom is not lined. Really pretty floral garden theme, perfect for spring and summer. There are no labels, possibly handmade. Some minor snags in the fabric, nothing noticeable when worn. In great vintage shape.
