Vintage floral patterned mini skirt

Sweet little vintage mini skirt. Brand is Zoey Beth. Pictured on a size 26/27 model. Stretchy and comfy. Does have a few loose threads that could easily be cut and some tiny black spots (shown in pic and reflected in price).
