Awesome skirt labeled a medium but it is a small. Floral print with side buckles, back elastic and zip, patch front pockets. MIDI length floral great for spring. When measured flat and elastic not being stretched the waist is 13”. When elastic stretched the waist is 16.5” Length is 29”
