Vintage floral dress

Vintage light blue floral baby doll style dress. No size, but it fits like a size XS and XXS. The top has a pleated look, the middle ties so it can be tied to fit best. It is pretty short, at 5'2'', this dress falls at my mid to upper thigh- best for short people!
