Vintage floral dress

Such a lovely dress that needs to be worn by someone (which isn’t me). It’s from the 1990’s (which explains the shoulder pads) and still in like new condition since my grandma took care of it well and passed it on to me. The length hits past the knees to mid calf on me (I’m 5’5).
