Vintage floral cut out dress

This dress was purchased through Etsy from a vintage seller and I’ve owned if for over 2 years but have never worn it. This dress is just beautiful! - Fitted bodice with a wrap style and the skirt is flared and flowing. fully lined. - puffed sleeves with netted lining are sheer. - Outer layer is a gorgeous black fabric with embroidery and 3D flowers all over. - Side zipper closure. - No tags accompanied Great condition!!
