Vintage flannel midi dress

How gorgeous is this vintage You Babes II yellow & navy flannel midi dress?! It does not have a size tag but I’m 5’6, 125lbs and this fits me very well if not a bit snug. I regularly wear a small in dresses, medium in tops. I would suggest this to a small/medium, but •please use measurements to help guide your decision- I am not responsible if it does not fit.• it measures approx 44” length & 14” across the waist. Has a button top, so I pull it on from the bottom up. Vintage worn condition.
