Vintage flannel dress

Vintage Maidenform dress. (Could have been a pajama dress?) Very comfy. Looks super cute to go out in with either sneakers or boots. Has a pretty floral print over the flannel. The size tag is faded, but can be a loose fit for medium, or a large (see photo for width). In great condition. Has been washed.
