Vintage feather turban headpiece with matching can

This costume is INSANE! Gorgeous headpiece made of ostrich and maribou feathers with flowers. Stretchy sequin turbin fits securely on all head sizes. Skirt made of same stretchy sequin material with high lo cut and layered ruffles made of satin. This is a SHOWSTOPPER top not included. I just wrapped a shawl around as a top.
