Vintage extreme low rise flares

Vintage item from around 2002. Extreme low rise flared jeans by Seven jeans, dark rinse with distressed details. Hemmed to roughly 27 inch inseam (will formally measure soon, but would fit someone around 5’3 like me), no wear on bottoms, no flaws that I am aware of.
