Vintage estate blue topaz ring with diamond accents

Vintage estate piece. Oval sky blue topaz ring with four round brilliant accent diamonds on each side. Fluted swirl design on band. 14 karat yellow gold, size 6. Stone is in excellent condition. (1) 8.2 x 6.0 mm blue topaz with (8) approx 1.3 diamonds. Shank has minor scuffs on bottom underneath of band. See photos.
