Vintage early 90s / late 80s Starworld black tunic dress. Silky material with no material tag, some sequins coming loose easily fixable, sleeve has incredible pointed shoulder that falls loose down arm, Shoulder pads. Has been gently hand washed and laid flat to dry. Length 44 pit to pit 23
