Vintage 90s crazy bright banded bottom top!

So adorable! This soft poly blend top has a wild safari print in bright striped colors. True vintage and in good condition! This top is slightly cropped and has a banded bottom. You can easily dress this up or down. The top is a size 4, and is pretty true to size. So sad to let this one go!
