Vintage dressy skirt set

This is a 90’s set with a top and skirt. The skirt has elastic waist and floral print with ruffles down the front. The top is black and trimmed to match the skirt. Excellent condition. Length 25 1/2” and waist 12 1-2” not stretched. Top is 23 1/2” long and waist 18 1/2” not stretched.
