Vintage dress/coat - striped, pockets, buttons!

This unique and gorgeous vintage piece could be a coat, and it could be a dress. I’ve worn it as a dress! I am a size 2/4. No size is provided in the dress. Slight discoloration on the inside back of the neck/collar - see image where there a bit of white. Really fun unique piece!!
