Vintage dress with abstract colorful print and drop waist

This dress is adorable for summer, I'm just ready to pass it on to someone else. It's in decent vintage condition, with the elastic/smocking coming undone in one row on the inside and outside. The whole elastic section could use a little TLC, but it's still wearable. The pit to pit measurement is 20 inches. The length of the dress from shoulder to bottom hem is about 37 inches.
