Vintage dress set with vest

Vintage Melissa Lane white with dark navy blue or black striping. Vest is removable but also sleeveless just like the dress. What a cool vintage set. It does have one small rust looking stain by one of the buttons. There is a picture. It's not very noticeable 13 across waist vest is 23 in Long. Dress is 33 in Long. Says size 8 but it definitely runs small
