Vintage dress low-back, low-cut, handmade, elegant

Gorgeous, chocolate brown, sparkly. I LOVE this dress but wish that it wasn’t so big/long on me. Thrifted! I’m almost positive that it’s handmade, judging by the seams inside, and since it doesn’t have any tags. Since it’s too big on me, it would look great on anyone around 5’5” or taller, or with heels.
