NEW WITH TAGS VINTAGE!! made in USA vintage semi formal dress! gorgeous velvet or like material on tope with a floral like sparkle print on bottom. I would definitely consider this a "mini" type dress. SIZE says 5/6 but looks more like a 2 or 4 IMO. **not sure if this is a late 80s or a 90s design. missing part of back clasp but zipper is in great condition and does zip fully, was very hard to notice.
