Vintage dress

Floral / botanical plant patterned vintage orange dress with mother-of-pearl buttons. No tags so I have no idea what brand this is, but it is in great condition. No flaws, but a few of the buttons could use a little bit of thread reinforcement because they are coming a little loose. It has soft velcro looping in the shoulder areas for optional shoulder pads (but these are not at all noticeable when wearing) based on these I’m assuming this is from 80s or 90s. Bought this at a local vintage market (that doesn’t have fitting rooms) and I am SO UPSET that it doesn’t fit me :(
