Vintage dress

Vintage dress with red eyelet top and cream bottom. Elastic at waist and across top of back. Has tread belt loops but does not come with belt. Has some faded red marks on cream panel under waist from washing. Vintage size 10, fits like a S. Waist is 11 1/2” unstretched. Stretches all the way to 17” easily. 26” length from waist.
